ORGANIZE: Fair Trade and Your Business

Meet the growing consumer demand for responsibly produced food products.

Fair Trade is a great way for your business and its customers to help empower farmers and farm workers to lift themselves out of poverty, invest in their communities, protect the environment, and develop the skills necessary to compete in the global marketplace - simply by choosing Fair Trade Certified every time you shop.

Fair Trade Certified products are now available through many major foodservice providers and natural and specialty food distributors. Major foodservice providers that carry Fair Trade Certified options include Bon Appetit, Compass, Sodexho, Aramark and Sysco. Retail and wholesale distributors include United Natural Foods, KEHE, Tree of Life and Associated Buyers.

Does your business or office already have a relationship with with one of these companies or are you interested in starting one? Just ask your local sales contact for information on their Fair Trade Certified product offerings!
